Jim started from the ground up working for Canada Safeway- holding hourly positions and transitioning to various management positions.I was extremely fortunate in my career having excellent mentors and colleagues in supply chain with companies such as Canada Safeway, Kroger, Blockbuster, JC Penney’s, and Zale Corporation.Once I left warehouse operations my passion led me towards staffing, focusing on building strong partnerships and placing exceptional candidates.
Oscar proudly served in the United States Military as an Army Pathfinder for 8 years. He comes to Bluecore with several years of operational management, supply chain, and distribution experience. He currently oversees our recruiting team. Oscars incorporates “Best Practices” ensuring Bluecore’s vetting process is second to none, he’s a frontline leader and is engaged with each of our clients to ensure Bluecore meets and exceeds their expectations.
